Salesforce Business Development Manager

Job Brief:

We are looking for a Salesforce – Business Development Manager who will be responsible to manage both our existing sales pipeline and the development of new business opportunities and identify trends and customer needs, building a sales pipeline for short/medium/long term in accordance with targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing new business and/or cross-sell pipeline and revenue through outbound prospecting efforts.
  • Generating new business pipeline through prospecting outbound opportunities.
  • High sales activity role with daily metrics for targeted call and email campaigns.
  • Generating interest through outbound cold calling.
  • Speaking to the Customer 360 Platform across a set of existing Salesforce customers and breaking into net new logos in your assigned territory
  • Prospecting for opportunities across the Customer 360 Platform in existing Salesforce customers or new prospects.
  • Partnering closely with Account Executives to identify and source net new pipeline that leads to closed revenue and quota attainment.
  • Building credibility and trust with internal and external partners.
  • Learning how to anticipate and prepare for objections.
  • Researching and understanding various lines of business and personas.
